Research Selection Selection of healthy explants from the bamboo mother plant.
cube Initiation Explants are surface-sterilised. ~10% contamination expected here.
object Multiplication Successful cultures are multiplied by continuous subcultures (3-4 plants/subculture).
layer Rooting Cultures are placed in rooting medium. Minimal contamination (~1%).
